Canadian Supplement

Once again, we are pleased to bring our catalog and products to you, our friends north of the border.
We greatly appreciate your interest in Murray McMurray Hatchery.

We have been successfully supplying our Canadian customers, baby poultry and merchandise for many years.
You will not find another hatchery that can offer you with the selection, quality and friendly personal service, which we provide.

To receive day old baby chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and peafowl (other poultry is not available to our
Canadian customers) only from Murray McMurray Hatchery please followthese instructions:

1.) When you place your order, give us your regular Canadian mailing address.
2.) Give us the U.S. city where you plan to pick up your order.  We cannot ship live poultry directly into Canada.
    The address on the poultry boxes will be your name and the post office at the U.S. city you have chosen. 
    Chicks will arrive Sunday or Tuesday.  Other poultry will arrive Tuesday through Friday. 
3.) To calculate shipping cost use the state cost where you are picking up your day old poultry. 
4.) Health papers will be required to bring the birds into Canada.  We can supply the required health paper for 
    a cost of $60 (non-refundable).
5.) Please check in advance with your Canada Border Crossing Inspection Station to see if they are prepared to 
    inspect and admit poultry.

WE CANNOT SHIP OR CAN YOU CARRY; PROSO, GRIT, QUAIL, TURKEYS, HATCHING EGGS, AND VACCINES, INTO CANADA.

ALL SALES AND SHIPPING COST ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS: All orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. No C.O.D. orders.
Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. All phone orders must be paid by credit card.
A $20 fee will be charged on any check or money order not in U.S. funds.

POULTRY HEALTH PAPERS: Health Papers are required at Canada Border Crossing Inspection Stations for
ALL live day old poultry taken into Canada. We will apply to the State of Iowa to obtain health papers for
you at the additional charge of $60. Therefore you must place your order at lease two weeks prior to the
ship date you require. Once the health papers are applied for, the $60 charge is non-refundable.
We will have to re-apply for health papers if you change arrival date and an additional $60 charge will apply.
Each type of poultry (i.e. Chickens, waterfowl, turkeys, and peafowl/guineas) will be shipped in separate
shipments and each shipment will require health papers and be charged the $60 fee.

OTHER NON-POULTRY MERCHANDISE: Additional shipping will be added, call our order department for a quote.
