We sex these Jumbo Cornish X Rocks and provide you with the pullets to use for your Cornish Game Hens. BUTCHER AT 2-21/2 POUNDS LIVE WEIGHT and you will be eating the most delicious chicken in your life and you grew it yourself!Please Note: Cornish Game Hens are hybrids. Therefore we do not recommend breeding, they will not produce the same high quality in the next generation and due to the extreme rate of growth they will be too large at time of sexual maturity to breed successfully.
As a reminder, to help ensure a safe arrival to you, the minimum number of chicks for each order prior to April 1st is 25.
On and after April 1st, the minimum number of chicks required is 15. You can mix and match any type of baby chick in your order to reach the applicable chick minimum order. If ordering any bantams, we require a minimum of 15 bantams per order.

These were wonder birds! Easy to raise and great tasting. I did find that the recommended butcher size(2-2.5lbs) was too large for what my customers wanted. Since we wanted an 8-12oz finished bird, we butcher them when they are 1.4-1.9lbs. McMurray Hatchery is the best for quality & customer service that we have found.
Just received our fist shipment of
