These ducks were developed for commercial flocks to lay more and larger eggs than the Khaki Campbell duck and have a calmer temperament with a higher fertility. The Gold Star Hybrids were developed by crossing and utilizing the attributes of different duck breeds. The coloring of these ducks may not be the same as pictured, but the males are shades of black and the females are shades of brown and can be sexed by color. They do not retain these characteristics in future generations.
*WARNING* If your ducks arrive with leg bands, the bands must be removed within 7 days! Leaving the bands on can harm your fowl!

I got my ducklings this morning safe and sound. They are great and just an awsome delight already.
These ducks were very healthy and lively from the moment I recieved them from the post office. I opened the box, and they popped out like popcorn! They are sweet, hearty, and smart. Today, at 22 weeks of age, they laid their first eggs, in single digit January weather, no less!
GSD's are my favorite ducks ever! I've had many in different times of my life, and they have always been the most beautiful of all my ducks! You can also count on them to be the nicest.
I have also spread the word about your ducks to other people. They have always been pleased with their selection too.
