 The WP stands for wettable powder. Mix powder with water and spray the coop, nest boxes, or directly on the birds. When dry, it makes a powder residue, that has a long-acting preventative against lice and mites. Can also be used in a dust box. Concentrated. 4 lbs bag makes 25 gallons of 1% solution and will cover 20,000 Sq. Feet.
