I have chicks 4-5 weeks old. They are feathering out and are inside in a pen. I live in GA. It is 100 degrees here everyday 70 degrees low. They are making an absolute mess inside. When can I transfer them to their coop?

Survived our first winter in Montana. Girls did well even when it got to -22.
I'd transfer them today. The only reason they are kept inside is to provide heat. Being outside will give them more heat than they require. Just make sure that they can't get out of their pen as they are small and can fit through small gaps.
