Duckling walking backwards ? is it a bad sign (2 messages)

We rescued a duckling when nest was abandoned by mother after it hatched (only one that hatched). First 8 days seemed perfectly fine. By day 9 (we're on 11 now), it started walking backwards with it's neck stretched forward. It is eating, drinking, pooping like normal, not sure if walking backwards is normal for a duckling or something we should be concerned with. We started putting quick chick in the water a couple days ago in case it's a lack of minerals. Any suggestions?

How often is the duckling doing it? Is the duckling doing it constantly?
