When should you start giving baby chjcks grit?
I have baby chick grit but am not sure how old they need to be to start them on it.

They should not be offered chick grit until they have access to feed other than their starter grower or pellets. They should solely be fed chick starter for 6 weeks and then can be switched to grower until 20 weeks. I typically feed mine starter and grower until the first egg then I switch to laying pellets. I free range and they get enough dirt, grit and rocks that I don't have to offer grit.
