any issues with hatching eggs from several breeds of chickens... (cross breeding) say there are several pure hens in barred rock, red star, black star etc... but only rhode island red roosters --- would that cause problems for selling the chicks?

There is not a problem if you cross them, they just may not hold the same characteristics as the parents. The Black and Red Stars are already hybrid breeds so not recommended for reproduction with them.

There are only a couple breeds we hatch that are hybrid. The Red and Black Star, White Leghorns, and the Cornish cross meat birds.
