I have had my chiken since April 2014. now all grown up any laying eggs. its been greate joy and experiance. today i saw a mouse in the coop. please any effective remedy to stop this , before they mutitude

The mice are after the chicken's food but the chickens will usually run the mouse down and eat it. As long as you don't have mice getting into the stored food, I wouldn't be overly concerned. You could use a Tom Cat or something like that but no kind of poison. And make sure the mice aren't using the nesting boxes to raise their own families.
