everything i read in McMurray is about every other chick. what about baby peafowl my peahen had 3 last year and only one survived. so she came up with 3 more this year figured i can steal them and raise them without loss til they're big enough to go back with my others (i have 3 males and 1 hen that roam my farm) but i know what all other types of chicks need but my baby peafowl. anyone have suggestions?

The temperature underneath the heat lamp needs to be 95-97 degrees at floor level for the first week. You can finely mash a hard boiled egg and put that on top of their feed the first day. The recommended feed is a gamebird or turkey starter feed of higher protein.
