The Andean Goose is a heavily built bird with a tiny pink bill and white plumage except for black in the tail and wings. The female is similar in appearance, only smaller. They love to graze, eating grasses, along with a layer feed. The Andean Goose will nest on the ground, near water, laying 6-10 eggs. They prefer land, and avoid swimming except in emergencies. They are 6 months old, sold in male/female pairs.
