Free Choice Wall Feeder

Have you been looking for a high quality feeder that combines Feed, Grit and Oyster Shell compartments all in one? This feeder lets your birds choose what they need. It is made of heavy gauge aluminum with zinc plated screws, to last a lifetime. The over-all dimensions are 36"W x 17 1/2"H x 9 1/2"D with a 28" wide feed, 4" wide grit, and 4" wide oyster shell compartments.

It mounts to the wall with mounting hole at both 16" and 24" spacing, bottom support is required.

What is meant by bottom support needed.
The feeder will hold up to 40 lbs of feed. When mounting the feeder on the wall, a support under the feeder is recommended to prevent the full feeder from pulling from the wall.

And how much grit and oyster shells does it hold?
We don't have an exact amount as it would vary on what kind of grit or oyster shell your using. But our guess would be approximately 5lbs or so.

It looks like the lid opens away from the wall and lays down the front of feeder when open. Is that correct? Does it latch closed?
Correct. It opens away from the wall and slants downward toward the front of the feeder. There is no latch.
