This smaller-sized, production turkey has the same great meat quality as Murray's Giant White Turkey in a more compact size for easier processing — making it an ideal choice for those with smaller farms or homesteads.
Murray's Midget White Turkeys average 26 pounds at 18 weeks for Toms (males), and just under 16 pounds at 16 weeks for hens (females). Results will vary based on feeding programs, environment, flock health, growing densities, etc.
The following breeds may be combined to meet the minimum order: Murray's Broad-Breasted Bronze, Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black, Murray's Giant White, and Murray's Midget White. Cannot be combined or shipped with other breeds of turkeys.
