Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black Turkey

Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black Turkey is a unique production variety with heritage-esque characteristics. These unique fowl have a hearty flavor unlike other production and broad-breasted varieties. 

These smaller and slower-growing turkeys are a rich black fowl with unique face and feet coloring and long black legs, and thrive in a free-range setting.      

Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black Turkeys average 20 pounds at 20 weeks for Toms (males), and 11-12 pounds at 16 weeks for hens (females). Results will vary based on feeding programs, environment, flock health, growing densities, etc.   

The following breeds may be combined to meet the minimum order: Murray's Broad-Breasted Bronze, Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black, Murray's Giant White, and Murray's Midget White. Cannot be combined or shipped with other breeds of turkeys.
