Murray's Giant White Turkey
Murray’s Giant White Turkey one of the largest and most common broad-breasted, production varieties grown for meat in the United States. Mature toms (males) can weigh up to 45 pounds when they reach maturity at 24 weeks, and hens (females) will mature at 20 weeks with an average weight of 25 pounds.
Giant White turkeys are preferred by farmers and homesteaders for their large size, breast meat, and white feathers which make for easy plucking. Raise as pastured poultry on grass or pasture for best results.
The following breeds may be combined to meet the minimum order: Murray's Broad-Breasted Bronze, Murray's Broad-Breasted Artisan Black, Murray's Giant White, and Murray's Midget White. Cannot be combined or shipped with other breeds of turkeys.
